The Trustee Board is Praise Cathedral’s governing body. It is comprised of church members elected to manage the Corporation’s business affairs.  In concert with the pastor, it executes legal documents on behalf of the church. Additionally, the Board provides active fiduciary oversight of finances, physical assets, and long range plans to ensure the abiding vitality of the church.
